Terms and Conditions of service.

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Service

Ottawa Elite Dance Floors will supply, install, and remove the wedding dance floor vinyl wrap as described in the confirmed quote and agreed upon through written messages or verbal communication. No additional services are included beyond what is specifically agreed.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for arranging and setting up all other aspects of the event except for the vinyl dance floor services listed in the final quote.

  • The client must obtain any necessary approvals or permissions from the venue for the dance floor installation and removal.

  • A clear floor plan must be provided in advance, including exact placement and access instructions.

Installation & Removal

  • Installation will take place on November 15th (evening) or November 16th, and will be completed by 5:30 PM at the latest.

  • Removal will take place on November 16th (evening) or November 17th (morning) as arranged.

Quality Assurance

Ottawa Elite Dance Floors guarantees that all vinyl materials will be clean, in excellent condition, and professionally installed to achieve a polished and elegant finish as per the agreed design.

Design Changes

No changes to the agreed design or specifications will be accepted within four (4) weeks of the event date.

Care & Damage

The client is responsible for ensuring the dance floor is not damaged during the event. Any damage beyond normal wear will be subject to additional charges to repair or replace the vinyl.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the client cancels, 50% of the total fee is non-refundable. However, the full amount may be applied to a new date, subject to Ottawa Elite Dance Floors’ availability. Cancellations or date changes must be communicated at least one (1) month in advance to avoid additional charges.

Media Use

Ottawa Elite Dance Floors reserves the right to photograph and record the installed dance floor for use in its portfolio, social media, and marketing. Any such content will be credited to Ottawa Elite Dance Floors.
